🍂 October was an exciting time in Appsvio. We worked hard to meet all deadlines and created a new app. Keep reading to find out what happened last month in our Team.

Codegeist 2022 – waiting for a hattrick

This year we managed to submit up to 3 apps and storytelling for Codegeist. We're flying high because we successfully submitted up to 3 solutions.🎉 It's the third year in a row that Appsvio gets part in the competition. We also created our story for the storytelling category, which you can read here. It's about how to organize the hackathon everybody loves. We recommend it, especially for Friends fans; you will see why 😊

Products updates

What's new in our apps? We're constantly trying to improve them to meet your needs and satisfy our users. So last month, we made some slight changes we would like to share with you.

Customer Details – Copy Values post-function debug is done. Feel free to move data to custom fields. It also adds comments about the result of copying data. If there are any issues, they will be displayed on the list.

Scheduled Templates – make your scheduled templates even more dynamic. You can define variables now and automate creating issues. Check out the list of variables that you can use.

Events – we're getting public

October gave us two incredible opportunities to share our expertise. First, we spoke at the Jodocus webinar about optimizing Jira Service Management. Don't bother if you missed it. You can still watch the recording and get the knowledge.

The second collaboration is just about to go live! Michael from Project Flow interviewed us. We discussed how to tailor customer-centered Jira Service Management. We used our app to show how to keep customers well-informed and satisfied with less effort. Feature Bundle has it all. The interview will be published very soon, and we will keep you posted!

And something exciting is ahead! ⏰ We’re thrilled to be the speakers at AUG Sofia organized by Atlassian. We will show you how to manage customer service processes better and effectively use customer & organization management to help your Support Teams with daily tasks.

Learn how to speed up the ticket service and conduct customer service wisely and more efficiently. Take care of your Agents and save their time with our techniques and ideas.
