Customer and Organization Management for Jira Service Management – say hello to the new, pimped-up Customer Details version 🚀
Customer Details has changed to a boosted Customer and Organization Management for Jira Service Management app, which is a solution for filling out the gap for customer support in Jira Service Management. With this add-on, users can collect additional information about customers and organizations on the portal. With this one, you can create efficient customer support for admins and customers. During creating this one, we had optimized time management and quality of service in mind.
What we've enhanced:
Searching customers and organizations in seconds
New, boosted views: we create separated customers and organization screens
Easy information access based on any attribute stored in the app
The ability of customizing the order of columns – you can adjust the view to your needs.
Infinity scroll replaced with pages – it's a thousand times more convenient when you have many rows in a table.
"What's new" section inside the app. If you want to catch up on what's changed and upgraded, you don't have to look for information in the Marketplace. Just have a glance at the app.

The next step is creating the ability to add a customer or organization to Jira and assign it to a project or organization directly from our view. All the essential data for managing clients and organizations is at your fingertips. The option to import/export data is still available, which is useful for large scale.
We're going to develop this app this year. The master plan is already made! 😎

The January calendar was hectic. We are more than happy that we can take part in so many Atlassian Community Events lately, and thanks to the online world we could be in LA, and Bangalore within a week!
In Los Angeles, we gave a lecture about how to create outstanding customer support experiences with JSM.
In Bangalore, we talked about Customer and organization management and how to unlock the next level of Support in JSM.
We can say that sharing knowledge and talking to people is really our thing. What's more, your questions and feedback are the ultimate inspiration for further product upgrades. ✨
We also organized a webinar with our partner: Communardo, "Boost the Quality of Handling Requests in Jira Service Management". We talked about handling requests better and using customer data for it.
The biggest Atlassian event is coming! Team '23 (previously known as Summit) is an exciting time for Jira enthusiasts. This party is loud.💃🕺🏻
