Now you can select a template from the select field right on the Create issue. Templates are triggered by selecting them from the "Template" custom field on Create issue screen
Custom field "Template" is added automatically for screens in selected Projects while creating the template.
New feature: "Set this template as default for issue types" option is added for even more efficiency. If the issue type is set as default, any time you pick the exact issue type in the project, each field will be automatically filled without even selecting Template.
This app remains a free one. Download it and try it out without spending a penny.

Finally, some non-online events came by – what a great feeling! We were pleased to visit blasting London and took part in High Velocity ITSM by Atlassian. This time we were only visitors, but we loved meeting all of you Guys! We've met some old friends and made new ones – partnership is key, and we know it 😊 And the will.i.am's panel was an ultimate inspiration for us. Producing music is not only about tones and notes, but there is a massive role in team working.
We were speakers again! This time we were honored to educate about Jira Service Management on ACE Kolkata. This session was about Jira Service Management inside and out. You know it's our thing, so we loved sharing expertise and experience once again. 👌

What a year! Seriously, we had our hands full of work, but now we see the result, and we are proud of our #appsviofamily and how we all develop the company and products. Lots of new partnerships, new skills, and time spent in a good company. Here is a 2022 recap! 🚀
Let’s start with the greatest one. In 2022 we became a Silver Marketplace Partner! Thank you, Atlassian, for this opportunity. It was a real milestone in Appsvio history, allowing us to continue creating apps with passion.
We’ve been on our yearly hackathon, which is our little tradition. This time, we visited the Baltic Sea and developed an Issue Agent for Jira. We can’t wait for our next trip. And lately, we have had our Christmas party – it’s important to us because we don’t live in the same cities. So it was good to meet each other in person and spend quality time together.
A little bit about products
As already mentioned about the integration withHubSpot CRM, our app has also been updated. However, the most awaited was a dedicated custom field linked to objects in HubSpot.
Our initially small Customer Details app is being transformed into a massive tool for Customer & Organization Management, which, we hope, will become an inseparable element of every service desk. During 2022, we conducted hundreds of meetings with clients. Thanks to your feedback, you will see this tool in a new version soon 🙌
Issue Merger PROis also not slowing down. The Data Center version received a refresh and new functionalities, thanks to which it's on par with the functionalities of the Cloud version.
Invariably, the development of our apps is possible thanks to you: customers, partners, and the entire community. Thank you for your contribution, which allows us to create products that make the work of others easier. 🤝
