Work Management App Solutions - Issue Templates Agent for Jira 

In this category, we are being recognized for our investment in app development and customer go-to-market efforts to address specific work management needs of various customer segments or users. We're not just focusing on software and IT teams – we're reaching out to various professionals in different industries to understand their needs better. 

By doing this, we've created solutions that simplify their work processes, improve collaboration, and boost productivity. This recognition highlights our commitment to ensuring our tools are truly useful for all our users.

We have become a finalist with our app, Issue Templates Agent, one of the fastest-growing apps on the Atlassian Marketplace.

In 2023, we expanded Issue Templates Agent capabilities to support Work Management projects. This was possible thanks to close cooperation with the Atlassian Forge dev team, which made it possible for us.

Our templates work on a native Issue Create screen, which makes us stand out from the competition. We see demand for the development of this solution based on the requests we are receiving. In 2023, we held 213 free meetings with customers, where most of them were about Issue Templates Agent, showcasing our dedication to providing helpful and personalized support. We ended 2023 with CSAT 5.0 out of 60 reviews, and we couldn't be more satisfied.

This year, 2024, we already launched huge updates, including the most waited-for subtasks, hierarchies, and variables. We expanded app possibilities to make it even more efficient for business teams. We don’t slow down and are still developing and improving our solution, so stay tuned!

Issue Templates Agent, a Forge app, focuses on boosting team productivity with everyday use cases, including a wide range of use cases onboarding new employees and bug reporting. We worked really hard on it, and lately, we have launched new features, including subtasks, hierarchies, and variables, so this nominee is a perfect gift for our team.
