After months of work, we can proudly say that we are entering a new area of solution! With software testing being a crucial part of every software lifecycle, we believed we could make a valuable contribution to this specific field by offering an alternative to the modern agile testing teams. And now, here we are - introducing the first 100% Forge test management tool. We invite you to join us at one of the release online events, where we will be diving deeper into the possibilities of ATM, share what inspired us to take such a bold step and answer your questions!

With Atlassian products present in both smaller and enterprise companies, Cloud hosting is not a stranger to them - in fact, they have been happily embracing it. Atlassian has also been openly investing in the growth of the security management in Cloud and delivering tools for enterprises that offer more visibility and control over users, access, etc. Another step to a higher level of security? Atlassian Government Cloud (AGC), which provides more opportunities for institutions such as U.S. government customers, or simply large enterprises with strict security and compliance requirements, to modernize teamwork on the Atlassian Platform. AGC is hosted in a separate environment, reserved for U.S. government agencies and their industry partners.
Now, we can officially say that Issue Templates Agent is officially AGC-compliant. Templates are such a simple yet effective way of removing the tedious, repetitive tasks from your daily workflow and giving you a chance to work on what’s actually important. Undoubtedly, they will become incredibly useful in areas where the stakes are high and full focus is required. And right now, all of that is available on hosting with the highest security from Atlassian.
Continuing on the topic of security - Runs on Atlassian badge joins the other Atlassian Certifications, with an aim to quickly convey the main points of security in Forge, the newest platform for app creation. Runs on Atlassian highlights Cloud Apps that are hosted on Atlassian infrastructure and comply with following requirements:
Two of our apps received the Runs on Atlassian badge - Issue Templates Agent and Custom Field Suite. If you would like to read more about the badge, we encourage you to read our short article.
The App Editions program has officially hit the Atlassian Marketplace. By providing editions of products, add-ons can become even more tailored solutions to a variety of customers. At this moment, apps can be offered in two variations - standard and advanced. The already existing versions of apps are mostly deemed as the ‘Standard’ option, while additional features enrich the add-on and make up the ‘Advanced’ one. Issue Templates Agent is also available in two editions. What can users do with features from the advanced plan? For starters, they can minimize time spent on the daunting tasks, like creating a complex epic or remembering to create a periodic work item, for example a weekly check-in with the team. It is possible with a perfect match of Jira Automation and templates. And with the available Audit Log, they can keep track of their templates - the changes that they’ve been through or whether they actually are useful for a team.
On the topic of Jira Automation - we took a deeper dive with Reliex and explored the paths in project’s life, where the duet of automation rules and our add-ons - Issue Templates Agent and ActivityTimeline - can have a huge impact on project’s flow and team’s efficiency. Starting off right from the beginning - the project's creation, through maintaining consistent Jira work items, to making sure that no task is forgotten - automated templates prove themselves to be a simple way of taking care of a project and achieving set goals, that transforms the quality of work. Once the preparation phase is over and it is time to execute the project, time tracking along with capacity management become two vital aspects of the it’s flow. After all, this is where the plans turn into reality and milestones are achieved, and thanks to ActivityTimeline, capacity management is not a burden anymore. Project managers can swiftly allocate workloads, without the risk of overbooking or missing deadlines. If you are curious about how you can smartly handle your work with Jira automation and save your focus for tasks that actually have an impact - read our joint article.
We are constantly expanding the capabilities of Perspective and this time, we added the Related Object field - it is available for every object. What does it mean for the users? No more chaotic searches for related details. With this field, the users gain a smoother flow of information and an ability to conjure crucial aspects of, for example, a product release in a matter of seconds. The field can be viewed in the table database, directly on the work item view and, for Customers and Organizations objects, on the Custom Portal as well. Right now, it is at your disposal - check it out!
We kicked-off May with a presentation at the More than Jira’25 conference in Warsaw, organized by Almarise. This event was not just about theory - it was a place to share experiences, attend workshops and discuss ideas. From our team - Chris and Witold transformed the room into a fine-dining restaurant during their talk and shared with the audience the ins-and-outs of our secret menu of ITSM. We are also glad that we got to talk more about ITSM solutions with visitors of our booth - we can honestly say that it is always fun to confront our ideas. In short - a positive and thought-provoking experience!
The Work Evolution Summit put together by Life in Codes was our next stop, this time in Bucharest! The topic? Future of work - from our productivity as individuals, through workflow transformations, to teamwork - this conference covered every scope of our daily work and how it’s impacted by the AI revolution and how to make the most out of the Atlassian products in this new era of work. Talks, discussion panels and networking opportunities - it was an incredibly insightful event.
While teamwork is the base in our company, we believe sometimes it’s good to bring it outside. So on 24th of May, we exchanged passing things on Jira board for doing so at a relay run! The weather was perfect, the team spirit was there and most importantly - we got to spend time together. Despite some fears, our team showed up, laced up their shoes and went for it. Thanks to everyone who attended - Konrad, Jakub, Chris, Kate, Leszek, Magda and Ola! Whether it was about running or cheering - energy was present in every moment and every step. While some of us got to beat their personal records, it was not just about the run - more about reminding ourselves that we are a part of a great team.
🗓️June 10th, 12:00-1:30PM (CT)
We’re not slowing down, so join us for a virtual ACE, Houston edition. Both of the talks focus on transforming company culture from the inside out of every team. First, we are going to tackle the topic of gratitude culture and break the stigma that Jira Service Management has to be used only for tickets. Magda and Ola will share the insights from the ‘Made My Day’ program, a system created with JSM, and explain how it became a crucial part of our feedback culture. And later - Christos is going to take over and take us to the world of next-generation AI. He will unravel how to streamline internal support and get answers in no time, without breaking the flow of teamwork.
Over 170 people have already signed up! Don’t hesitate and join us as well!
