What's New in Appsvio: August 2025

Although the days seemed to be too long this month, August ended up flying by anyway - but not before we packed it with proudly crossed off to-do lists. We've been working hard to bring you a few exciting updates and we're so ready to share them. Get ready to dive into the highlights of the past few weeks and see what's new and next on our horizon!

Appsvio Test Management (ATM)

To hit it off - let’s tackle Appsvio Test Management (ATM) 2.0 version! We’ve reached our second stop on the roadmap and we’ve packed the ATM with Coverage and Traceability Reports. Imagine having an even clearer picture of your testing process, pinpointing exactly where you stand and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. We’ve designed the new feature to give the users deeper insight and make their testing journey a whole lot easier.

Are you curious to see ATM and the new features in action? We’ve recently held a webinar in German, where we had the opportunity to introduce ATM and give a bit of a background to Forge. We’re not stopping here! We really want to dive deeper into the different aspects of test management and share this knowledge. So we’ve been putting pen to paper (or, actually, finger to the keyboards) and we’ve been churning out insightful articles. HubSpot CRM Integration for Jira

Next up, let’s shine a spotlight on our HubSpot CRM Integration for Jira, which has just gotten even more powerful and user-friendly. We know how crucial it is to connect your teams seamlessly and this integration is truly a game-changer. 

But how does one integration actually change the game of collaboration? We decided to answer that question in our webinar - check out the recording on our Youtube channel. Together, we covered the whole customer journey - from the first ticket that lands on the support team’s hands, through software and product teams planning app-updates, to the marketing team sharing the client success story. Returning to the app updates, you'll be happy to hear that the HubSpot custom fields now work directly on the JSM Customer Portal's Request form - making it smoother than ever for your customers to provide the information you need. 

That's not all! We've also extended the flexibility of the information displayed in the HubSpot panel on the Jira work item view. It's no longer just for the reporter - now, users can select various fields to show details, and yes, they can even choose multiple ones. This means more relevant information at your fingertips, tailored to your exact needs.

Feature Bundle - extension for Customer Portal

We are also happy to announce another set of updates for the Feature Bundle - so that the app turns your teams into an even more efficient powerhouse, the same as your customer service.

So what’s the update? We've added support for the 'Approvers' field within both 'Additional fields' and 'Customer actions' features. This means that this crucial group of users can now be selected to have access to the Feature Bundle panels, streamlining your approval processes like never before. 

We've also expanded the capabilities of 'Additional fields' by introducing support for a brand-new field type: 'Numbers.' This opens up even more possibilities for capturing and organizing your data. And to make things even more collaborative, our 'Customer actions' now support the 'Request participants' field type, ensuring everyone who needs to be in the loop can be easily included. These updates are all about giving more control and flexibility to tailor each customer experience.

We’re heading to Barcelona! After the unforgettable experiences at Team’25 Anaheim,
we knew we couldn’t miss this opportunity. Atlassian news, connecting and sharing knowledge with experts and our friends from the Ecosystem - it all sounds too good to be true, yet it’s actually happening again. In the midst of excitement, we’re slowly gearing up for the Europe edition and we definitely cannot wait to see everyone! Let’s see each other - cause we definitely have something unique planned.
